TPAssist's Financial Capabilities allow you to manage estimated, actual and remaining "Work" and topic "Values" directly with-in your map topics.
With the Financial Capabilities turned-on you can:
- Incorporate resource effort "Work" (not just Duration) and other cost management capabilities in topics and have that detail rolled-up to parent topics and maps.
- Manage estimated, actual and remaining work and cost values for topic, topic trees and maps.
- Have your work, costs and other TPAssist "extra" properties displayed directly on the map with automatically populated titles and "Display" custom properties.
- Use Excel to further analyse work and costs using the improved "Pivot Source" Excel Export function.
- Publish work effort and fixed costs into Microsoft Project.
